I’d received a couple of quotes from other companies before ringing the team at Hi-Connect on the recommendation of a friend who’d recently had them complete solar installation for them. From initial contact, quoting and through to completion the experience was excellent. I was kept up to date throughout and whether it was Jess, Ben or Tom I spoke to, they all couldn’t have been more helpful. Hi-connect Solar was recommended to me by a work colleague who'd had his solar installed over a year ago. After getting 3 over the phone quotes from different companies, Ben was happy to come out and do an onsite quote. Ben was very professional, no pressure, explained everything and answered all my questions. After talking to the Mrs. that night I called him the next morning to lock in the job. Their were a few phone calls back and forth (mostly me asking more questions) but every time I called either Ben, Tom or Jess they either answered straight away or called me back soon after. I can't fault Hi-Connect on anything really. The guys were happy to chat and explain things while they did the install, the job was not rushed, install is very neat, no leaks in the roof (we've had a lot of rain) and 4 months later our 13.2kw solar system is performing better than I expected (I check the app daily). When we ordered our Tesla EV I called they guys back to install the wall charger, that was 2 months ago. And again the same quality, professionalism and fair price as before. Hi-Connect may not be the cheapest solar guys out their but I'd most definitely recommend them if you want a quality job at a very fair price. PS I don't normally write reviews but these guys really deserve it. See pic of a sunny winters day.

These guys were no fuss, competent and NOT greedy when they quoted. They had to remedy a previous botchy job done on a solar panel installation. Tom and Ben ( not Tom and Jerry) turned up when they said they would ( tick ), got straight into the task, cleaned up and drove off into the sunset. Highly recommend these guys for the Lake Macquarie and Hunter areas

Cannot speak too highly of my Hi Connect Solar experience. The team were on time, easy to get on with, courteous, technically capable, hard working and I am absolutely delighted with the job they did. Have no hesitation in considering them to do a solar installation at your place, you'll be glad that you did.

Hi connect solar were absolutely fantastic. They provided the quote within a week of me asking for one, gave me a great price and installed the system very quickly after I accepted their quote. They also provide me with loads of education on best way to use the system and the best way to minimise my power bills for which I am very grateful.
